Terms of Service

1. Service Estimates

All quotes provided by Moors Yard Care Services are valid for 30 days. Estimates are based on the property conditions at the time of inspection.

2. Scheduling

We make every effort to stick to our schedule, but weather conditions on Manitoulin Island may cause delays. We will communicate any shifts in timing as soon as possible.

3. Access & Safety

Customers must ensure safe access to the property. Please ensure pets are secured and any personal property is cleared from work areas prior to our arrival.

4. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept cash, cheque, and e-transfer.

5. Liability

Moors Yard Care Services is fully insured. We are not liable for damage to unmarked underground utilities or septic systems unless their location was clearly identified by the customer.
